Ja Morant was
chosen to be the face of Nike's futuristic Nike Adapt BB campaign alongside
fellow South Carolinian and WNBA MVP A'ja Wilson, effectively serving as an
unofficial signature shoe much like the Nike Air Flight 1 was for Penny
Hardaway.

He needs to be
suspended a year and grow up and seek out God, who blessed him with enormous
talent. If he doesn't lose his entanglements with his current bros., He will be
broke or in jail before he hits 30.

Every Bronsexual, Kobe-stan, Kawhi-stan,
or even die hard MJ fanatics like me are bandwagon at a time.
Chicago Bulls, unlike Golden State Warriors have no history of
winning before the Michael Jordan era. Yet, people treat them like a legendary
team to root for. When Derrick Rose played like the MVP back in the early
2010s, people were extra hyped for it, partially because he played in Michael
Jordan's team, the recently upjumped franchise.
Likewise, the same can be said for every fandom ever, be it
Giannis Atentokounmpo, Luka Dončić, Trae Young, Ja Morant,
and many other rising stars. Miami Heat during LeBron era wouldn't get so much
fans if they didn't assemble the super team. It should qualify them as the
yesterday joe's ultimate bandwagon, given how little respect they give to the
already ringed Dwyane Wade at the time, let alone the amount of disrespect to
legitimate All Star Chris Bosh.
My friend, who is a big basketball fan, admitted that he is a Celtic fan, just like
Dom2k. You can argue that this is because Boston Celtics has been historically
a great franchise, from Bill Russel to Larry Bird, and down to the big 3 Paul,
Kevin, & Ray. But he added his story, that he became a fan when they win
the 2008 championship. Now, that very much qualifies as a bandwagon, especially
when he decided to become a fan of a team who “bought” the ring. The 2008 Celtics
is arguably a “super team”, the same excuse that many people derided the GSW
for. Hell, the showtime dynasty is a legit superteam. People disrespect players
like Michael Cooper, a defensive elite, and take James Worthy for granted.
